I love that your baby was the first on your land @Sophia1 - no doubt watching over you as the house was built and you found your feet in your new home ...a new beginning watched over by the old - how wonderful 

I agree - moving/packing all Cat's things would probably add to the loss for the other fur babies - they need the stability around them (especially Toby - he has been looking for Cat in her favourite spots ). I am grateful it is the holidays because he does not leave my side when I am home - and I take him everywhere with me when I am not at work.

I ordered a cat angel for the garden today - honestly could not afford it but it was perfect for my little angel so I will work around it somehow.

Have slept a lot today - which is probably a good thing. The nights are hard without her and unfortunately nightmares have returned. Toby and Clover both sleep on the bed though so I wake to both of them 😁👍 Have them both asleep next to me at the moment - so a lot of comfort in their presence  I am fortunate to have them both but that does not in any way take away the pain of losing my little girl - grief is grief and we all deal with it in our own ways.

An extra big hug for you and your fur babies (both here and not with you) ...and a massive squishy hug for @Oaktree and all others visiting here today ...it is indeed a lovely corner of the forum to rest and feel the warmth around us
