I took my Pug for a walk. 

I made avocado and spring onion dip, which I had with Sakata wholegrain crackers for lunch. 

I have been taking my antibiotics for my abscessed tooth. 

I didn't drink enough water today so I will work on that. I had lots of cups of tea though.

I'm going to make a salade niçoise for dinner.

 

I don't have any anxiety at the moment, and I'm very happy about that, and my depression has eased a lot. I felt very tired today, but I feel much better now. I usually start to feel better from 7pm onwards.

 

My therapist said it's possible that the lockdown might be extended again (she is a GP) so we shall see what happens. I really want to pick up my bike.
