I took my Pug for a walk in the sunshine*.
I picked up my medications from the chemist.
I started taking my antibiotics for my abscessed tooth.

I met my fluid intake for the day.
I did my affirmation in the mirror.
I spoke to my therapist on the phone but the reception was bad and I couldn't hear her properly. It made me feel depressed.
My therapist said she wants me to start challenging myself. She asked me to write up a plan of what I'm going to do during the day. I'm not looking forward to it but I agreed to do it.
I ate a packet of corn chips for dinner, which isn't ideal but I couldn't be bothered cooking.
