@A2Z....I stay alone..and feel lonely most of times too. I frequent the masjid for majallis ilm and dhikr, go to hospital for therapist appointmts, walk at the supermarket once a week to get stuff. Visit family once in a while. These are places packed with people..but at heart..i am still lonely. I do exercises and house chores. Do fardh and nawafil. Watch tv when i am bored. At times..i cry out of loneliness. Within our hearts..truly we only have Allah and Rasulullah pbuh as our crisis assist and helpline. When i think of both i always cry and there is a stabbing pain in my heart. I just feel this loneliness and longing will only subside in the day of gathering with both in Jannah. You were right we don't have proper support system like they have here. No support workers, no helpline..no crisis centre whatsoever. Its all that Helpline within our own hearts...
