Hey @Adek Thank you, for considering a friend. Now I have have a better purpose to be in this forum. In one post I read that you were wondering about our age. I turned 50 this year. Both my kids are grown up. All thanks to God. 

Gosh I had a hard time crying. Once I learnt to cry I fins it is an easier way to release pain. Now I feel less pain in my throat. I cry on my own and during prayer. @Adek you are not alone.
