For me, from experience, exposure therapy (going slow and increasing bit by bit), and breathing through the experience each time.

 

When things are anxiety-provoking, I can feel myself remembering to take deeper breaths and slow down my breathing. 

 

It took me a long time to know how to do this. @Oaktree @L-B
