In epsiode 4 of this yoga adventure - I spent lots of time in Warrior 1 and 2 today and used a chair to get into downward dog and then a plank pose. I liked shifting between both of those poses and could feel the gentle stretch.

I have a pinch in my back which I am guessing may have happened when I got CB style 'oh look shiny new fun things to do' distracted this morning. I was youtubing to find a gentle yoga session video to follow along with and then found myself attempting to handstand for half an hour on the lounge room floor. I got one leg up and balancing on the very tip of my toe on the other foot and that was it. As frustrating as it can be for me to go slowly, my body definitely prefers it when I do.

For relaxation at the end of the session today I sat on my knees and curled forward into a bolster and loved it. I am really enjoying playing around with all these cool new to me ways of lying to relax.

@soul - hope enjoy/ed your class today. I've never done anything that fancy sounding but it sounds fun!
