Up to page 10. Going to keep reading but it would look to me that you have some healthy activities that your doing. I have no idea how you just joined a majong game with people you didnt know for a game you hardly knew, I would have been anxious as crazy, probably shaking significantly.
You must have a good support team around you, like you must have a good psychologist/psychiatrist etc and you must be paying good attention to them.
This is sorta the opposite of mine. Mine is a lot of trying to work through things, complaining, highlighting the more negative things. I get you would have difficult days that you chose not to dwell on on here but it is great to hear about all the positives. I dont see much in my life but its great to know they sill happen IRL
