Well today I'm having a belated birthday party with some friends and family. I haven't celebrated my birthday for a long time, but given the challenges of this year, I thought celebrating I was still here was something important to do.

They're coming around here and we'll have some nice food and drinks. Kids will play in the inflatable pool. It will be nice, but of course the anxiety is there.

Last night I managed not to SH for the first time in 2weeks. So that's positive. I think it's mostly because I'm ashamed and don't want my friends and family to see the mess.

I saw my Dr yesterday because I was worried about the SH. He's given me a few coping techniques, so hopefully I can reduce this.

Anyway, feeling anxious but optimistic that today will be one of the better ones.

Sending hugs and love to all passing through. I hope the weekend is kind to you.
