My coaching session was cancelled (staff were sick)

My 15yr son tells me he's moving out in a month.

My lease expires before then.

My financial situation is unstable at best.

My chronic and complex health conditions make applying for benefits complicated.

But I went to the walk-in clinic again today and spoke about it.

So I started at a 1 and came home at a 4. Still struggling but stable.

Life is difficult to navigate without the right support.
