Ohhh sending you lots of hugs my sister @Healandlove 

With the very hot weather,  I had 3 days of migraines and lots of aches and pains 

It is raining lots today and we have 2 lows that could turn into cyclones 

You are the rock in your family my sister  , your children sees how you are handling things 

For me I am feeling very tired and sometimes I feel over it all
