I could be completely completely off base, it just worries me and makes me a bit uncomfortable. I think because Australian indigenous people are struggling with what they would like. I agree with what you're saying @Sophia1 @Oaktree @tonys it's really hard to keep up. But I know Eskimo is offensive to Inuit people so I tend to err on the side of caution. Also with first nations/indigenous australians, some are ok with the word aboriginal, some are not. I dunno, I don't think any native Americans will be reading an Australian thread for people with mental illness, and they probably wouldn't care, for some reason it just sticks with

I keep on forgetting that you are in hospital.

When you are on here I relate to you, as you, no illness,  if that makes sense.

On Eternal thread I feel for you as having struggled, receiving help and growing stronger.

You are also very strong.

Perhaps we best leave Eternal to rest on leaving hospital as she has been through so much in the last year. Not diminishing yours or anyone else's journey.

Leaving hospital is another journey in recovery and then rehabilitation;

When we sort ourselves out here we can invite her.

What do you think?

If she arrives I think the cat got let out of the bag, all good. Our Eternal comes as her own choice.

Oh I feel that I am digging  a deeper hole sometimes.

No I completely agree @Sophia1, I think we can let her know we have a fun place to be and let her come to us as she's ready. There is so much on her plate right now I dunno if our silly bulldust would help or harm.

You  are incredible to be contributing here as you are in hospital yourself which I keep on forgetting.

I know in my heart that all of us trust each other and feel safe with each other.

As a kid Native Americans were referred to as Indians, like Sophia it is hard for me to keep up. I do not wish to cause anyone disrespect or offense. I am also aware of Sophia’s sensitive nature and didn’t want to upset her either. I am sorry if anything I said came across disrespectfully. I am happy to invite Big Chief, Little Foot and his sister to a thanking ceremony and let them go on their way. Good idea @Sophia1

I have mixed heritage but I am not about separating myself from others. I have Aboriginal heritage and I am proud of that!
