Sophia,   I  think you were born to be a reporter...   I can see piles of folders,  ceiling high all around

Let’s go to a ranch and get a herd. I hear there is a rancher losing his farm so we can get a good herd cheap. Everything is going under the auctioneer’s hammer! Lovely herd of breeding cattle plus some steers good for the pot. Our Lioness will love some fresh bones! Then we can go back to the rodeo and buy one of their bulls for a stud with the cash we have left. 

@Sophia1 Loved the picture of the colourful Indian. Where can I find art I can use for this on the internet? 

@LeChuck enjoyed your cartoon and your musical contribution. Never heard of NF before. Quite a different sort of sound. Not unpleasant.

I am sure that the town reporter will take a bribe @tonys! Everybody loves money. It’s a real motivator. 

Glad we have the herd sorted. Gonna have me some ribs for dinner. Smoked Hickory sauce. Yum yum, finger licking goodness!

Better not eat them all at once. We need to get the bull in and get them all up the duff. Next spring we will have plenty of meat to eat. Gotta think about futures.

Now what vittles are we gonna have? Corn and potatoes? I hear Big Chief has been growing some of those. I reckon we can barter with him. Little Foot’s sister Little Pest has been through Grey Rock looking for him. But we have Little Foot hiding out in The Lucky 8. 

Pete the Piano Player is gonna play for the Sunday night drunks.

Guess what?

I was out inspecting the farm and I noticed that I have my first seed germinating. I planted them last Sunday and I have been watering them and talking to them every day. You know just asking them how they are and encouraging them to grow. Well we haven’t had much sunny weather here this week so I was expecting them to take longer. I was trying to post a photo but I don’t know how. I think it’s file size is too big. Mighty proud of this tiny green shoot nonetheless! 🌱

enough to stick its head up,   we nurture love and worship it...
