Halla @Asgard 👋🏼 you did the right thing. Some days life doesn’t work and there is nothing you can do to fix it.
Yesturday wasn’t working for me and today I am in struggle town.
Not the worst I’ve been, but there is definitely a wobbly wheel 🛞 on my metaphorical cart.
I hope the next turn in our respective journeys is into Easy Street.

Like @Glisten and @Asgard I had a challenging day yesterday, but is what it is.
@Glisten I know WA is massive state, I will look later but I received a list of trauma therapist that may be beneficial. Will be thinking of you, it never easy being in trauma responses. Dealing with workforce can be a huge thing in itself- be kind to you.
@Asgard I hope that today has been a bit kinder to you. Somedays we just need to write it off and do our best to get through and then if that's sleeping, then that's ok.
@tyme how are you doing? Hope things have been kind to you.

Thanks @fairyheart
Yes today has been better TG, though my coping strategies went out the window yesterday, but am back on track. Being able to write about what happened yesterday has done me the power of good.....Asgard

@Asgard your computer not working when you rely on it for an income - that is top level frustration!
You did well to keep it together my friend.

Hello @Asgard @fairyheart @Glisten I hope today improves for you... hope you and the poor cat have recovered Asgard.
I'm having trouble facing the day and only got up for a Woolies delivery.
Blue Knot can advise re trauma therapists for c-ptsd.

@Dimity Than you. I appreciate the advice.
I didn’t think to ask Blue Knot.
Then again I’ve never been in this situation before.

I hope Blue Knot can help @Glisten. I've found their helpline very kind. I started tackling my c-ptsd only recently.
They can recommend trauma-inforned therapists based on location and cost.

Hey @Asgard , I'm sure you are not alone and we all have those days where it feels like everything that can go wrong goes wrong!
I hope things improve for you and you get some well deserved reprieve 🙂

@Dimity How you doing?
If Blue Knot can recommend trauma-inforned therapists based on location and cost - it puts them ahead of everybody else I’ve tried.
Can I ask you about your C-PTSD symptoms? Don’t feel obligated.
I have ADHD and on medication for that, but it’s barely working.
My brain 🧠 gets fatigued very easily.
If I accomplish 1-3 tasks, I feel like I’ve done a 12 hour day.
Are you going to be at the PGC in 40 minutes?
