That is a beautiful drawing @Former-Member
People often feel comfort from animals and pets and wildlife. Partly its the connections we have with them and partly they bring us out of ourselves when we get a bit stuck. So that is why I made the decision to keep returning to nature .. in some way.
Triggers are tricky. You cant take total responsibility for other people's triggers. It matter that you have a social conscience though. With that and some creativity and sense of beauty, you have what it takes to be a fine human being. Nobody is perfect and that would be boring and fake anyway.

So that is where we do need to practise more subtle awareness of responsibilities ... ie primary, secondary tertiary triggers etc .. and the maturity of age ...
Sometimes sharing pain .. actually completely releases someone else from loneliness. Sometimes it reminds them.
these are only ever secondary triggers ... Grown ups do have the responsibility not to project that out ... but it is an area of spectrums and you are a younger member on the forum ... take care of you .. by not taking everyone's issues on board.
I have to go .. and do my work now ... but you are very encouraging and imaginative and loyal .. dont forget that. Bella

i know i shoudlnt take others things on board but i havent learnt that yet, i cant help but want to help people and if i cant do that it makes me feel worse
