Caring for grandma

Hey all,

im currently a full time carer for my grandma and she has Huntington’s disease and mental health issues. She’s been taking her frustration out on me when I suggest she needs medical help at the moment and she is refusing it, I can’t force her to go but I’m worried about her health and even my own mother is. It is draining me as I suffer issues myself and I don’t get the time to look after myself most of the time.

she’s ok just looking for some ideas on how I can approach it.

she’s safe so am I
