The habit of Journaling

Journaling has become the most practiced habit nowadays. Anyone can wonder why journaling has been brought up while speaking of mental health, but the act of journaling is more significant than it seems. It clarifies our thoughts, improves the quality of our creative writing, and unburdens us from the things that weigh our minds. Journaling can provide us with peace of mind and help us have better mental health. Many practices, along with journaling, have been proven to give better clarity and stop overthinking. Journaling doesn't require much effort other than our time, a notebook to write in, and our intent to do so. Journaling doesn't have to be complicated; it can be simple- writing our thoughts, whatever is in our mind. Though it might not work for everyone ( it has worked for me), it can be beneficial and is a great practice to incorporate into our lives.

Hi @heera72

nice to meet you

Couldn't agree with you more. Journalling can have such a positive influence on our mental health. I know it doesn't work for everyone but it does for a lot of people. Sometimes just getting those thoughts out of your head and onto paper can help. A way of releasing everything that we are sitting with.

I hope your journalling continues to help you.
