Re: Share a cuppa?

Unless it's meant to be iced coffee 😁.

I had breakfast 4 hrs ago, and have just finished an hour of exercise, in which I did ** minutes of gymnastic parallel bar work, and then ** minutes of bike.

How are you @Shaz51?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Iced coffee sounds nice @Abner

you had a busy morning already my friend

I have been awake since 5am

i am ok , a bit tired but

Re: Share a cuppa?

I've got my weekly psych appointment this afternoon. I've had very jumbled week, I'm in love with someone, she's very beautiful and has a very big heart, my family and I are hurting from the referendum result last week, my NDIS got increased, which is great! So I'm carrying pain and joy at the same time and don't know where to be right now. It's like a washing machine rinse cycle.

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Abner , one step at a time my friend

thinking of you lots this afternoon about your appointment

your  NDIS got increased,-- that is great , to have more support

Re: Share a cuppa?

It is. You're right, one step at a time...and with my NDIS I've got more support than I ever had without it, and it makes my head spin. It's a better problem than some of the problems I've had. This part of the year is going to be for taking a pause and a breath in, then see what to do next.

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Shaz51 Lovely to share a cuppa with you Bella

and you @Abner Wow with the exercise WTG!

I shared Robbie Hood from SBS on Demand with a friend. I relate it to a lot. On thing I like as there a lot of indigenous and white people all mixed up, so its not too much putting people into extreme categories ...anyway I love First Nations creativity and humour. The real Sorry Business or makarrata conversations still need to be had, but I pray ... they will...

take care

Apple

Re: Share a cuppa?

The sorry business means white Australia has to stop being afraid of facing a part of its history that's very confronting, and very, very menacing and dishonest; something I believe most people will opt out of doing, it's not their fault, they just won't be capable of it.   It's why I always say "Be careful what you do to others, even if you get away with it now, you might be visited by the consequences later in time, and time is nothing if not patient."
