Lonely and needing distraction

I'm having a pretty rough day (mental health struggles and self inflicted) and just needing distractions and I thought maybe chatting to people might help to pass the minutes and hours. If anyone wants to chat feel free to.

It's been good so far @Gremlin24 , bit sleepy because one of my cat's woke up at 4am and was acting like she could see something out the window which freaked me out but I couldn't see anything... Maybe it was ghosts 

But anyway I still made myself get up early and go for a walk. I was meant to go for a run but was definitely feeling some more gentle movement today.

Gotta start thinking about what to cook for dinner soon, are you having anything tasty?

@Ru-bee silly cat, gotta love when animals stare at random things. My dogs used to do it and it always makes you wonder what they can see. 

Glad you still went for your walk. 

I can't eat at the moment.

Yeah it definitely makes you wonder @Gremlin24 Sometimes I catch my cats staring so intensely at a wall and I just do not get what they're seeing 😅

What sort of dogs did/do you have?

@Ru-bee i had Labradors, I've had to put 4 of dogs down in the last 5 years one of which was my assistance dog. And my last one i had to hand back to the breeder as she just wasn't settling down and wasn't going to make it as an assistance dog for me. So now I have nothing and it's only added to my mental health struggles 😞

I had a golden labrador. She loved food.

@tyme i had 4 black and 1 chocolate. I did have a golden several years ago aswell. I miss them all so much but especially my baby that was only 3 when she lost her battle with Renal dysplasia in March last year.

I'm so sorry to hear @Gremlin24 

It's horrible to let go of pets. Our family dog recently passed and it leaves such a big hole.
