If you cant sleep because you're overwhelmed with your thoughts then maybe go with it.... dont try to get to sleep. Use the time for something else. Even if its just some light reading or sorting out a sock drawer. If you stop trying to get to sleep, you may not feel so overwhelmed with thoughts.
I know how much you're striggling, and im so sorry that you are. I wish there was something I could do to help other than throw out a random thought or two.

@MJG017 I've been doing things just to keep myself distracted. I finished colouring my picture, I've watched lots of my show, I listened to music and so many more things. But nothing is working. I hate feeling like this, I hate feeling so close to the edge, I hate the fear of losing control. I just want to make it all stop. I'm trying to fight i really am.
