I'm not sure what your psych triage line is like, but for me, it was most helpful because they had all my records and they could pass on my call to my case manager so he was aware I called. Do you have a case manager? Do you feel you need to contact 000? @Former-Member

@tyme i don't have a case manager, the only person I have is my gp. I don't know, I don't think it's at that point yet.

The centre for clinical interventions in WA has some free self help resources online. I have done a few and have found them to be really helpful.
