@Former-Member  I totally see how stressful and worrying that would be.  Would just telling yourself a plan of exactly what you would do if it gets really bad again help at all?  Just help to calm yourself?  Maybe wven trying an audiobook or podcast again... just to listen to while falling asleep.  Maybe that would distract your mind enough so that when you fall asleep, you stay asleep for a while.  Maybe even some music.

Here is a picture of my cheesecake. It tasted great. Might make a few adjustments next time I make it though.
