Need more coffee before I can properly start my day I think. The kids are up already but my brain feels like it is still stuck on my pillow and I'm not quite ready to face the morning rush just yet.

Good morning @CheerBear how are you today

I did already @Former-Member. I have stopped walking my dog first thing in the morning because she was really struggling with the pace but I gave her a walk a little later today to see how she would go. She was her slow usual self.

As we were heading towards the park, I saw a mobile phone on the footpath. I picked it up and during the course of our stroll looked to see if anyone was perhaps searching for it. I checked where the nearest police station was so I could drop it off there later. 

The phone was locked and as I switched the sound on thinking maybe someone would ring it, I saw a missed call. I called back and now phone and owner are reunited. Hopefully they will pass on the good deed to someone else.

It sounds a bit chaotic at your place - I hope that something can happen with WH's OCPD at least - I guess things will be rocky but with two of your kids melting down I guess it becomes more important for WH to see that is is unwell - bumpy ride - yes I am sure - sending my daily faith and hope and prayers
