Hi Niqua, wanted you to get another message from me before you leave in the morning.

No problem with visiting my friend after the psychiatrist appointment, didn't mean to suggest that. My friend and I know each other very well and it's pretty easy to 'be ourselves' around each other. No, that didn't set off any rollercoasters. I think it's mainly some kind of post-viral condition I have that is just flattening my energy physically in a huge way. My friend has given me a home made sunstone remedy and, with your silver white spark of energy, I'm hoping my energy state will lift again soon. 

So, now, the important thing is your trip away. I say natural high all the way, sister!
