Hi there @rav3n . What a great thread you’ve got here! Thanks for starting it. There’s lots of great ideas from lots of talented forumites here - from drawing/painting to arcade games to jewellery making to book writing and gardening and lots of others. Thanks everyone for sharing your talents!
For me, I’m passionate about knitting, crochet and cross stitch along with following AFL - Brisbane Lions and NRL- Melbourne Storm. I also like tennis, cricket and V8 Supercars. Learning new things is also a passion for me and doing free or low cost short courses is something I’m also interested in, especially relating to aged care and mental health topics. I do try to do some pleasure reading via my library and their ebook collection of books and magazines often as well. In regards to knitting, my go to things tend to be beanies for adults and babies for charity along with blankets and jumpers for adults and kids for myself and charity. I like knitting Crazy Blankets- my version of using up left over yarn to make adult blankets for charity which are all unique and different. I like knitting beanies as I get to be creative with the pattern and the different coloured yarn I use to make them. See below for some beanies I’ve recently knitted in the past.
I did knit a Christmas tree decoration last year as well for my front door from a pattern I found in a UK magazine.
Take care and enjoy your passion projects!

@Judi9877 agreed, love seeing everyone's lovely hobbies and talents as well.
so cool that your interests crossover together, i see some AFL team themed beanies!! they look amazing, absolutely love that you donate your other knitting projects to charities 😊
also i've always wondered - what's the difference between crocheting and knitting? is one harder than the other?
love learning new things as well, great to take advantage of those free courses!! do you complete them just for the sake of learning more or are you working towards some sort of qualification/job?

My passion is nutrition, exercise and mindfulness, it seems the only thing I can sustain and enjoy, any questions I'm happy to advise from my own journey and experience , it can be addictive like everything that brings positivity in life I guess 🙏

Oh I love this thread @rav3n so many beautiful projects that people have already shared!
I like to make art. All sorts of art really. Some of it is therapeutic for me. Other times I use it as a distraction. And some of it I then sell at local markets.
this piece is some inner vulnerable child work that I did this week.
this is a new piece that I did last week to add to my market stock.
I hope that these will speak to someone at the markets ❤️
I make these polymer clay flowers too!
