I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, but.I am so glad you posted here and we can walk along with you on your grief journey.  

As a long-term carer you are aware that there are many forms of grief, including "living grief" where you can't change outcomes and have to adjust regardless.  Such has been my journey.

I come from farm people .... not my parents, although my mother was raised on a farm, but for the generations before that on both sides of my family, and there are many "people of the land" here on the forums, both country people and Country (First Nation) people.

What is your favourite tea type ?  I like English Breakfast, but also a range of herbals, and chai.
