One frypan garlic onion mushrooms bacon

one with bok choy kale carrot soy-sauce, ginger and chili.

Both in sesame oil

The butter is browned  @Adge fried up until it changes colour. Adding sage makes a nice "sauce" for gnocchi.

I have browned and blackened butter unpurposely a number of times in the past, to the point of having to throw it out ..... 🤭🤫

My multi-tasking skills have a certain fail rate ..... 😏
