Hi @tyme @Oaktree , that is good advice about one day at a time...also practising some self care. Went for a walk and a mental health appointment, eating healthy snacks, trying to get regular sleeping pattern. Emotionally, need to accept things as they are and not crave things to be what they are not. Traumatic memories do intrude on my social life.
