@Healandlove it's ages since I walked in local remnant bushland. I'll try to get back there. 

I think Melbourne Botanic Gardens sometimes has guided forest bathing.

Burgundy is my favourite colour, but red is next. I love it's boldness and how it stands out. And those plants look beautiful. 

 

And nature is where I go, when everything is getting too much and I need to get away. I feel so comfortable and at peace when I am there.

 

I did a walk to help raise awareness for mental health in 2020 and 2021 and I either walked this trail or one down to beach.
