Re: Daily Achievements!

Well done @Shaz51 selfcare is an achievement too.  And well done @LostAngel .

Well done for the early walk @TAB@Judi9877 @Former-Member well done and best wishes.

Today I got up and have eaten and will get outside when it's cooler.

Re: Daily Achievements!

just trying to keep cool

sorted fridge a bit, (old veg thrown out)

bit of re organising, moving stuff from one rm to another, bins later and thats me for today lol

Re: Daily Achievements!

Well done @LostAngel! You'll get there. You just have to keep taking each day as it comes and continue to look after yourself and you'll get there. Take care dear!

Re: Daily Achievements!

@Judi9877 @LostAngel @Dimity @TAB @Bunniekins @LookingHopeful @Appleblossom and others tomorrow I'm going to:
1 Go out on a picnic after I get up to take medication and eat breaky
2 socialise as much as possible without always turning inward all the time
3 read during my excursion and talk with support worker about my current book (I have hundreds of books, by the way!)
4 Come home and rest. May or may not sleep.
5 Read. As well as reading, post on forums.
6 Get through some house chores and have a shower (will also shower in the morning before excursion.)
7 Prepare dinner
8 Nightly bedtime ritual and hopefully a decent sleep!
If I don't complete all of these achievements, I want to at least do most of them.

Re: Daily Achievements!

I envy your energy and enthusiasm @Former-Member and I hope you accomplish even a few of your goals.

I've just started a daily journal to supplement using the Daylio app. I plan to reflect on the day, consider what I'm grateful for, and set goals for the following day. I've already set up groups of activities in Daylio where I aspire to at least one activity per group (like chores, outdoor activities, hobbies).

I'm glad I did some gardening this evening. Preparing a good evening meal is always a priority for me that I mostly achieve.

I'd like to do more walking and reading and spend less time on Facebook and online newsfeeds. I think I might need help with the gardening and decluttering.

Sundays are my day for reflecting on the past week and the week ahead - and this weekend I guess I'm also looking to the coming year...

Cheers for now

Dimity
