Hello @utopia @Judi9877 @Snowie @Owlunar @Shaz51 @Meowmy and all those visiting this thread.
What a great topic @Judi9877
Today I washed the car! That feels like a huge achievement for me! I got all the equipment out and pressure washer to give the outside a quick go. I used the pressure washer all over, then soaped and then wiped clean. It feels huge to me and I am so glad I did it.
- I also went to the shops to get a couple of things,
- Went for a quick walk and put my feet on the grass
- Journalled to practice mindfulness (something that its helping me when I cannot find anything positive to write I will literally just write what I am seeing, hearing and what my surroundings are)
- Sent two emails that I needed to
- Then have been patiently watching the weather radar and praying for some rain 🙏 (it always seems to go around us)

Yes @TAB , something I realised when moving to this remote town, I never actually go barefoot or get to touch the earth much. My rental backyard is just rocks, dust and goat-head bindi's (what a downer they are, hurts so much). And being there is no beach here I have to resort to walking to the park just to see some green grass.
@Former-Member thats some great achievements, I did the bed sheets yesterday and it felt so nice in the evening to go to bed with fresh sheets. Hope you find some joy in clean laundry 💕🏡

haha I haven't heard of the other names for the bindis @TAB
I am not even sure how they are produced, it doesn't look like there is any plant sorce but they seem to be everywhere in the yard.
This isn't my photo but this is what my birkinstocks look like, had to sacrifce one pair of shoes to hang the washing on the line

Oh yeah, they look incredibly similiar @TAB but there is definitely no green fiburous plants in the back yard. In the NT I just read an article and looks like they call them Bindi-Eye (Tribulus eichlerianus) or bull head. Must be all something very similar.
Well its a rental, and there are literally thousands of them so unfortantely we try to avoid the backyard, I will continue to go for a walk to find some green grass 🙂
