I really need to have a shower. I feel like crap.

take it easy @Arizona  sometimes I have up to 3 baths a day to try and unloosen upper back/feel human

I wish I could have a bath. I miss having a bath. My bath at this house isn't very deep and the bathroom is cold and draughty ☹

I have been lucky @Arizona  had access to good bath last 5 years nearly now .. before that prob huge gap of  well no regular access lol .Funny how French and other people have public baths  I think that is a great idea ..

I'm back and I have some more achievements...

I put a treatment in my hair. 

I had a shower. 

I cleaned my teeth.

I put some lavender oil on an insect bite. 

I only had 3 glasses of water today but I had 12 cups of tea. It's organic so I don't have a problem with this. 

And I forgot to say earlier... I arranged to pick up my bike on Thursday.

so far Today I woke up ate pancakes for Breakfast,had 2 cups of tea hopefully more to follow

This was an emergency Dental Appointment - Tooth Broke last night -

To my Surprise, at the Dentist this afternoon – There were 2 Broken teeth, not just one.

So I’ve had a major filling - half the tooth was gone, he said.

Then on Monday, I’m having a 2nd major filling done – This one was a recent filling, that had totally come out.

I’m In The Wars….

I’ve just Booked the Tax Agent for Friday (this week) – So that’s yet another appointment, that I’m fitting in this week - On top of DES Job Agency, Neurologist Specialist, & a Massage (thank Goodness).

It was better to not put it off any longer, as it becomes too overwhelming (then).
