quite a bit of rain today and drop in temperature...

still not walking ....hmmmm

hamstrings feeling sore from using cross trainer machine...

have slowcooker on cooking lamb shanks with tomato passata ..italian herbs...kalamat olives and brown rice...just my own recipe...haven't tried before so will see how it turns out..

I love experimenting with cooking....

yes two more female kittens ...too much pressure and expense ...you are doing the right thing..if they haven't gone by 6weeks old...then animal shelter ...I know that there is an animal shelter in the hills where they actually work very hard at finding them a home or they keep them...google see what comes up...

new or exciting happening in my life?....no....

at this time of year that is good for me....I have bad memories of lead up and christmas day....so calm is good..

hope that you get the chest freezer and fridge that you ordered...I think that they are meant to set them up and test that they are working>>> is that what you understand?

Yea i understand they will help set up and all that. So it will be good to have them in place and going. Then full of goodies. Even desserts 😀 just wanting to get the products that i picked.

This Christmas is finally feeling good for once for me. But is not good that is not so good for you 😞 i feel for you there.

Am worried about my cat. She has swollen utters and looks really sore. ? Got dog booked into get first vaccinations done next week. And got car going to Mechanics on Monday. Hoping to get quite a bit done.

I vacuumed. Mopped. And done some cleaning and tidying today. Long over due. The house could do witha week of cleaning and tidying. I tried new vacuume cleaner. But didn't do a really top job was really disappointed. It has only turbo head and hard floor head. My house has lino floors.

@eudemonism

have a bit of a sweet tooth do you?... like my husband..,

I favour more savoury like savoury biscuits...dips...olives...cheeses..

but love dark chocolate....

your hoover does it have a setting where there are small brushes or felt?

otherwise can you ring up the place you bought it from and swap for something else?

if not...have you checked that there are no air vents open? as in on the rods themselves?

cat will have swollen udders as her milk dries up....that is natural progression...did the vet tell you what to look out for? if you have any concerns just ring them up and one of the vet nurses will  reassure you..they will not mind because they are all animal lovers and want the best for the animals.

don't worry about me re christmas....I will handle myself...I have been down this path so often now...

good to hear someone say that this christmas is finally feeling good for once...

I think because they shave the area it sticks out more. It's all good signs really. Wanting to go outside. Lickingand cleaning herself. Laying on the bed eating well. I just see her tired and with the bucket on her head and looking sore s do feel for her. It will pass.

I have a printer lined up. So i can start printing the pages of my book. Just need to puck one out of two. And follow through with it.

It's a Vax 1600watt and there aint the normal head attachment with the pack. I was expecting dirt and hair free floors. But really its no better or worse then the job the old vacuume cleaner i got does. There is a hard floor head though.

Re: Coming to terms with reality

@eudemonism

Oh what a shame ..

I had a vax for over 20 years..very good machine still have it actually ..husband uses for cleaning out the cars..still have all the attachments as well..

if we weren't in the virtual world you could have them...have you contacted the shop where you bought it from to see if missing attachment there?

bucket on animals is hard to watch I know..

if she is eating she is fine..what does mr Mac think about it all?

can you test them both before buying?

 good that you are wanting to get back into writing...that will be very good for focus.. Grounding ..distraction..

just keep out of sight of any visitors..

happy for you that things are turning around for you..

Good morning. The birds are just begin in to chirp here. I had my coffee and ciggies for breakfast. Coffee is sickening after drinking it for long enough and goes hand in hand with smoking. Just run out. And thinking about stopping. Its a social thing for the visitors. A status symbol. So made cup of tea.

A new scanner. Fax. Copier and printer was advertised online last night. So i sent message about it. It's a couple hundred ks up the cost though so i asked about delivery. Good condition and so on. Good brand good price. These things are sometimes novelty and ornaments more then anything else. Hardly used. If they can deliver I'll grab this one.

It's hsrd
