yes , the specialist said it is all the toxins in the body that keeps you awake at night , he took blood tests this week to find out more

but mine could be everything that is happening at the moment

will try bed again soon xx

the mental health is ringing mr shaz on monday

had to take mum up to the hospital , she has a infection now , hoping it will not cause the other problem to surface

been having restless nights this week , woke up 4 times during last night but able to go back to sleep

also had a sleep this afternoon , but have a big ache like it is going straight through the body from the middle of the back to the front where the gall bladder is
