Well yesterday I had a happy day! I got my very first delivery of Lite n' Easy. It was very exciting. I spent most of the day reading about it and watching YouTube videos of people either unboxing it or eating it. I have had breakfast and lunch of Lite n' Easy today and so far I like it a lot. I still have my afternoon snack and dinner to go for today.

I am going to go for a walk shortly. On the Lite n' Easy app there is a 30 minute interval walking workout so I am going to try that out. Yesterday I tried out the 12 minute resistance band workout on the app.

I went to the dentist this morning for a check up and clean but one of the fillings I had put in about 10 days ago had fallen out so the dentist replaced it at no cost. I was happy about that. Hopefully this one stays in. She used a different material to fill it to last time.

I have been watering my plants and some of my lettuces have germinated today.

I will post some pictures on the next post.

Why and how does a thread get locked? Is it because the originator asks for it?

Thanks for asking.

A thread gets locked for a number of reasons.

- the end of an event

- direction of the thread is bordering a guideline breach

- the thread is heading in a direction that may not be helpful for viewers

- there has been a specific request by a member along with substantiated reason/s

- an error? lol
