Oh @Shaz51  you must be feeling exhausted. My sons mother in law had a kidney transplant 11 years ago. Fortunately her husband was the doner!
Are you not able to get DIsability pension that way you don't have the pressure of work. I do hope everything goes well with your specialist appointment. 🤗💞

Re: Chronic kidney disease & mental health

Dearest @Shaz51 ,

i am very sorry to hear this news.  Kidney disease is terrible. I was a nurse and watched many patients on haemodialysis and through transplant.  I saw the effects on the person and the family.

I hope you get proper support from the health professionals.

you manage so much for others and are a wonderful support here. I have very much appreciated your consistent and ongoing care.

you will be in my thoughts, and prayers dear Shaz

So sorry to hear this my sister @Shaz51 I hope the Drs and health care workers can assist you. Have you seen a dietitian? I have chronic renal disease too (Glomerulonephritis). Be careful with pain killers and look after yourself (lots of self care).  You're in thoughts and prayers!!
