Furbaby had an unexpected op this afternoon, an absis, can't spell that and spell check has no idea either, hope you understand what I'm talking about. She was hooting and sooting this morning and when I looked I got a shock. She has had glands before, but this looked different. Vet got me in within a few hrs and said they come up quickly. Back home and resting now. Results next week. How quickly life can throw a spanner in the works. I'm emotionally drained and relieved, both at the same time. So glad today is over. I know so many others are doing it hard right now, so warm thoughts to all.💜💜💜

Most of us on this thread at present are feeling much the same @Maggie - we want today to be over so you are in good company here.

Your poor little furbaby - she was sitting on your lap this morning and then that happened - that must have been heartwrenching for you but so glad it was dealt with quickly. Hopefully the results will come back all clear and she will be ok - big hugs to both of you - it never rains but it pours hey!
