Oh @Shaz51 that sounds so isolating. It sounds like you live in a fairly small town/community so you have to be careful who to speak to, that's hard.
Do you have any professional support for your MH?
These forums are great to have at least some connection and support.
You have amazing resilience caring for your husband, dealing with your own medical problems and the weather on top of it all. You're doing amazingly well considering that huge load.

@Shaz51 aww hun, it's so hard when we have so much to say and no one to say it to.
Would D1 be open to hearing that you're not so ok?

How are you going @Shaz51
I don’t have any cacti flowering at the moment but here is my capsicum that managed to ripen without getting eaten or stolen by the possum. I’m very happy with it

@Till23 so pleased you got your capsicum ripened
How do you like having your capsicum, raw, cooked
Only had 3 situations today which is good
But hubby felt totally exhausted today so rest day today
How are you today

So am I @Shaz51
I am going to fry it together with some onion, garlic, tomatoes and basil some diced chicken breast.
That's the things I can eat as part of my PET scan diet. I can't have pasta with it which I normally would. That will be the two meals in my 48hrs prior to scan ending with a 12 hr fast
I'm glad you were able to have a rest day sounded like you needed it.
I did my sport training early this morning, had breakfast with team. It was a nice day so did a load of washing, mowed my lawn, did some pruning, started organising my firewood for my winter fires - cutting up branches and chopping up some logs. Then took my elderly dog for a short walk and read a little bit of my book. So I had a productive day so I'm very happy. I feel as though I'm getting some of my energy back, which it seemed would never happen.
