Re: Introduction

Miss Pea, all the good nonsense from the saloon and the town of Grey Rock is about 20 pages back, the last ten are stupid argy bargy over nothing, so unless you feel like clicking the next button page button about 50 times and reading a novel, I reckon don't bother catching up, just dive in the deep end and start from now with an unfettered imagination! We will give you a brief overview of Grey Rock: it's a fabulous wild west town full of weirdos, and it has an excellent saloon filled with criminals and crazy characters. We travelled the world of threads, islands, mountains, holes, until we landed here, in the ruins of an old town in the desert, which we are slowly restoring. We have a drinking establishment and a jail at this point on time. If you would like to open another business in this ghost town you are most we welcome too, or else you can swing between spending time drinking at the 8bit saloon, and being in jail for outlaw behaviour like we have been 🙂 if wild west life isn't for you, you can roll in and out of town like a drifter (or a giant pea), and drift back through whenever you want.

Xxx LeChuck

@Bunniekins

PS you can actually be a giant pea if you so choose, we will weave the narrative around whatever and whoever you decide you would like to be. This town pretty crazy 🙂

Re: Introduction

@LeChuck @Bunniekins @tonys @Sophia1

Actually the saloon is called The Lucky 8 Saloon but LeChuck always calls it 8 bit Saloon. But who cares we all know what she means lol.

@Bunniekins whack 2 bits on the bar, that will get you your first drink and a pine box if you ever need it. Don’t forget to duck when you hear pops out in the street. That’s just a gun fight! Nothing to worry about, they don’t go long.

See you around town. I don’t blame you if you are a bit confused…

Re: Introduction

I can say hand on heart @LeChuck @Oaktree @tonys @Bunniekins

Our pea; said most affectionately

does roll with the music and the humour

We are very fortunate to have the pea who has worn some spectacular pea green outfits in her time and driven the pea machine,  join our Grey Rock. Are we still Grey Rock?

I am literally beaming knowing that you have landed here Pea.

Or rolled in.

No pressure also though Pea; as am aware that you are still looking after your health as well as your children.

Will respond separately to your message to me pea should you prefer.

Re: Introduction

My dear friend @Bunniekins

It has been a while now hasn't it.

Life does that ..Leave spaces in between..

That is okay when the people are beautiful like you and the beautiful connections can just be picked up again as though it  was only yesterday.

In response to your message to me last night. I think?

Good news that your son has the supported accommodation in  the next stage of his journey. His not yet being aware.

He will adjust in his time.

Did not work for my adult child as has became very nomadic as a form of survival so cannot settle easily anywhere. I spent ages trying to put in place.

Your son has had your home so will not experience that. He will adjust to a new home in his time.

This will follow through in helping your home and the rest of your  family.

I am assuming that the place is not too far away and you can visit, go out etc.

Reply in your time ..

how and when you choose...

I am listening Pea.

Moo for your son

Remember one of my former neighbours .

I used to meet them daily and one by one they would come when I started talking to them.

Beautiful

Re: Introduction

oh dear @LeChuck

are you in the naughty corner....??

toys confiscated...

yes familiar with that scenario from adult child...

yes also familiar with crooked cowboy and  where there is a will there is a way.

@tonys @Oaktree @Bunniekins

I think that you would like my adult child...

In fact I know that you all would...

my older child was constantly sent to bedroom for time out...daily basis..

just allowed time for taking more things apart and examining how they were made whilst whittling away the time...

Always outfoxed me.

I do believe that seeds were planted though in regard to respect.

That has been fed back to me from several sources throughout hospitalisation, about manners and respect standing out. I am a proud mama for that.

On that note:

I leave this

With a little help from my friends  .... Joe Cocker...OBE

He got his nickname of Joe either from playing a childhood game called 'Cowboy Joe', or from a local window cleaner named Joe.

Fits right in this here Grey Rock

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_gnxBf62Ek

Bear with it is a long version and honours his journey

He gave so much to the world..he certainly has to me over the years

The timing of the music and singing is not synchronised with the filming.

So without further adieu I get by with a little help from my friends at Grey Rock

thats all folks

Re: Introduction

Did we move our cows onto the range or did we leave them on the ranch after we trapped the rancher in that there mine?

Glad the Sheriff has joined us outlaws by getting banged up in the town gaol. Try not to use too much dynamite when you break her out. Don’t want to cause her bodily harm. She’ll be on the next wanted poster for sure.
