Yep, I am rugged up as well, thankfully my hand are not cold at the moment, but does look semi sunny outside. @Asgard I am not sure what is for lunch yet its only 9.30 over in WA, but it will probably be just some of the soup I have in the fridge as the rest went into the freezer. I don't this it matters as long as you had a feed and soup is good when its so cold.
Urgh the fact its only 9.30 is very painful for me.

Forgot that you are 2 hours behind @fairyheart , well the sun has popped its head out, and is attempting to warm me up. Have had builders working in my courtyard for the last 5 weeks, so I have to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Its so wierd seeing their shadows moving about behind the curtains. Anyways going to put the kettle on and heat up some soup. Stay warm and keep safe, till later .......Asgard

Yeah @Glisten I am in WA. As for work I am not looking to go back to mental health just yet- so yeah ill be ok for work and it wouldn't be full time either casual or part time- may take a while to find something that suitable anyways.
Today's been rough so I am going to make a blanket fort pull my couch out into a bed and then just hibernate there and hope for the best to ride out the day.

@fairyheart There are a few of us here on the Forum from WA.
I’m a big supporter of hibernation and sleep. Sleep as much as you can.

Nice to know there are a few of us here :).
@Glisten I don't tend to nap very well very often, so I will probably stay awake. But if I do sleep win, win!
It's been drizzling for a bit here so it's nice in my nest. I've just been colouring and have House MD on in the background. Cats are here as well.
I just need to try ride the rest of the day out. I think it's time to take some PRN to help ease some of the symptoms a little hope.
How's your day going? Have much planned?

Hey 👋🏼 @tyme I’m hanging out for PGC tomorrow night.
My lawyer sent me the financial disclosures from the other party. I can’t look at them, even though it’s in my best interest to do so. GP said I’m having a “trauma response”.
Trying to find a a local trauma informed psychologist that does EMDR. More difficult than you expect.
Had to manage Workforce Aust.
I’m tired now.

Good luck with the EMDR @Glisten . I started but not sure I'll be able to complete it.
Yum re soups @fairyheart @Asgard . I'll put on pumpkin/lentil soup shortly .
Hello @tyme . I just came in from a short walk. The air is crisp. I checked out the new local playspace/pocket park Council just redesigned.

Morning All:
Hope this finds you all well @Dimity @fairyheart @Glisten @tyme @Jynx -- yesterday was one of those days when the gods were definitely conspiring against me, whatever could go wrong did go wrong. It was freezing cold, the builders seemed to be jack hammering right outside my place, tv wouldn't start, stood on cats tail and kept getting the blue screen of death on my computer. So I said sod this , wrapped myself in a blankie and promptly slept the day away. Was a bit of a waste of a day, but today is another day - though the cat is giving me the evils and its tail looks kinda crooked. How are we all .....Asgard
