@Kyle1   Hi hun I’ve found since I don’t drink much I sleep better but have to have anti anxiety meds to get to sleep.  Glad you found the flower.  I used to love gardening.

im still strung out but have a job interview tomorrow.  Saw my therapist and doc today they are the only people I trust.  
tomorrow will be a better day we’ll that’s what I’m telling myself.

at the pub for a quiet drink that no one knows about lol.

I sleep best with my meds, too, but my gp is trying to wean me off because of their depency tendency... 

I'd have an ale with ya if I could. Though I'm betting we're on opposite sides of the water.

@Kyle1  yes an ale or mead would be lovely. I guessed we were on opposite sides of the world when you spoke of poplars. I’m in Australia.

my go doesn’t like giving me the meds I’m on as they can be addictive but they work for more than just anxiety they help my ibs too. I wish you luck coming off yours.

I so want to stay here all night but I need to look after my dogs etc.

im pretty sure I’ll get this job I’m very good at what I do.

@Kyle1   As in Tasmania???? I’m in Queensland I love tassie.   I’ve been a disability support worker for over 20 years and I specialise in mental health.  Omg I could do do with a holiday down there again last time was 93

@Kyle1  wow cool im sure we could share alot of stories lol.  a holiday is more possible with the new job but it will take time.  to be honest I could live at cradle mountain its so beautiful

@Sirine  oh, yeah... Cradle Mountain you say? Gets awfully cold up there! Snows a lot, so it's pretty enough...

But so is the Huon Valley. That's where I'm based. It's beautiful all over...
