I'm always interested in what is happening in your life hon, and it seems like you have a lot going on. I am happy to hear that you have been telling your CM and SW what it happening for you and that you have been honest. Sometimes they just need to hear the truth.

I'm glad at least that you had your arts and crafts group to just focus on something else.

You're exactly right @Bow and it truly exposes the gaps in the system for what they are - barriers to care for people who need it most.

heat didn’t really hit me until this arvo, thankfully my group was in the AC, I lay on my bed in front of the fan when I got home. And turned the AC on in the kitchen for the first time this season while cooking/eating dinner. Still hot here so have the fan on. Might need to pull the summer pjs out tonight.

we had a cute little parrot type bird fly into where my group is. Possible someone locals pet. I caught it, it got away, caught it again. Someone took it until hopefully someone comes forward looking for it.

@Jynx just put up with the heat. Isn't as hot tomorrow so should be ok.

@Bow @Snowie I got the air con, fans, and heaters all set up at the moment!! Awkward time of year down here haha can get sweltering in the day and frosty as at night.

Well just as I suspected my gp said no to writing my script for me 😩  so bar a miracle happening I’ll just have to come off a medication that bought a fair bit of stability. 😩

Oh for real @Bow ? Bloody heck. Did they at least offer some support or anything to help you manage without the meds? When does the prescribing pdoc get back, was it 3 months you said?

My case manager just called. For this pdoc to write this one last script for me he has to sight me. So will go and see him on Tuesday. I don’t know if my CM convinced him to write me up enough scripts to get me through to the end of our holiday which will probably be a repeat? Or whether he will only agree to the one script. I guess I will find out on Tuesday. 
I’ll get back from our holiday and come home to get through a trauma anniversary too. 

my original pdoc that put me on this med, no one really knows when or if he will be back. He was sent elsewhere for 3 months and I think it just got extended for another 3 mths.

@Bow I shall be keeping all my digits crossed for you getting the longer script hun!! And for this nightmare to be sorted and be able to put it to rest ASAP!! Yikes!
