Re: Housing stress

Hi @Coco-star

I'm glad to hear that you are still holding on.  Sometimes it helps to break things down into day by day, or even moment by moment, whatever feels most managable for you at the time.

I also find it helpful to acknowledge the little stuff that I have achieved, it could be as simple as I made my bed this morning or I ate a healthy meal.

Looking for the moments of joy or beauty in your surroundings can also help support you through another day.  I'm in the Northern Rivers of NSW and yesterday we experienced a wild stormy afternoon, it was incredible and I was in awe of Mother Nature and her power, the energy was amazing.

Hope you find small things in your day to keep you going during this challenging time.

Kindly Alisse.

Re: Housing stress

Hi @Coco-star

I'm glad that you are holding on, I know how hard it can be to keep going when it seems like nothing is changing.  It feel once your housing situation changes things will greatly improve for you.

Sometimes breaking things down to day by day or even moment by moment achievements can help keep us going.

Acknowledging the little things you do to take care of yourself, like, I made my bed today or I ate a healthy meal.

Noticing and appreciating the small joys or moments in your environment can help, a pretty flower, a happy dog.

I live in the Northern Rivers NSW, and yesterday we had a stormy afternoon, I was in awe of Mother Nature and her power, the energy was amazing.

I hope you can find a little moment of joy in your day to keep you moving forward.
