Something’s not right

in response to: Has anyone been stuck inside Psycosis and not even noticed

I have had 2 psychotic episodes and at some part of the psychosis I knew what I was seeing and hearing could not possibly be real but the hallucinations felt very real still. After the antipsychotic medication started working I realised how bad things were before.
