Re: First World Problems

6) Bread - refrigerate or store at room temperature. I've had debates about this one. I think room temperature.

Re: First World Problems

Room temp unless you don't eat much bread and need to put it in the freezer for toast @Ainjoule  🙂

I like it! Feel free to post any more. It really gets us thinking!

Re: First World Problems

@tyme

I go to the toilet first as that’s usually an urgent desire and running the tap to brush my teeth would makevme wet myself

also cereal goes in the bowl first

Re: First World Problems

I'm cereal first too @Oaktree

Also, I think I want to be able to bursh my teeth first, then go to the loo, but I end up going to the loo because teeth don't 'call' you to attend to it, whereas the bladder does

Re: First World Problems

@tyme , it's like extracting teeth isn't it.

My first world problem for the day is that what happened in the past year appears to have been stubbornly normalised. This war on mental health is "the way it is" to quote a (services) person.

The conundrum I spose is, what can't be seen didn't happen. And if it did, it's not what I think.

So stubborn is this paradigm, that it is a heavy burden that I must struggle to lift alone. I know I'm not alone. But geez, C'mon.

The country normalising the gross and brutal, whilst putting on the face of a first world.

Re: First World Problems

What's everyone's first world problem today @Stout @FridgeMagnet @Oaktree @Ainjoule @Bow ???

It's so windy where I am...

Re: First World Problems

@tyme @FridgeMagnet @Stout @Ainjoule @Bow

What my first world problem is today is that I just asked my son, who is a chef, for an easy panna cotta recipe. He gives me restaurant quantities lol. Makes like 3 Litres. I need to cut the recipe down to home quantities

Re: First World Problems

My first world problem @Shaz51 @tyme
I needed a new phone charger, except, to pay for the new phone charger I needed a charged phone for Apple Pay, and I couldn’t use my card, because the bank needs me to verify the new they sent me, using my phone, ironically, which I hadn’t done

Re: First World Problems

@ArraDreaming

Sounds like an annoying and frustrating catch 22 situation. Maybe see if you can use a friend’s charger to charge your phone so you can make the purchase

Re: First World Problems

I did I used my Mrs but this was when I was out of the house @Oaktree 🙂
