this jet lag rubbish sorry seems different again to how I felt at beginning of trip jet lag lasting about 10 days then

feels like new symptoms of mental illness now

That sounds really tough @Former-Member I hope you can get some rest and that you feel a little more settled once you wake up, @Zoe7 is also having a rest for the afternoon from the forums as it seems like today has been hard for many people, so the best you can do is rest everyone, and then go from there 🙂
