Dear @Exoplanet
This is the virtual letter writing post.
We have become part of Winnie the Pooh troop.
Three of us are Winnie, Eeyore and Tigger.
A tad confusing.
Then confusing can make it intriguing.
More than welcome to join in when and if you choose.
Write to me from wherever, whenever. calling me whatever,
Look forward to reading your letter.
love Sophia (Tigger)

over here is the letter writing group.
Currently there are three of us writing under the pseudonym of Winnie the Pooh Bear and Friends.
Am happy to write to you about anything that you choose and we can write separately if you prefer or you can become one of the merry band of Winnie the Pooh and friends.
Or we can be whoever we choose to be.
You mentioned history, which I love reading and learning about.
Look forward to hearing from you should you like to write a letter or respond in any other way.
your friend Sophia 💚

Dear Friend,
Yes I know that you were initially writing about a real life situation but I am, in real life, one of those interrupters. I find that if I don't interrupt I don't get to say what I am thinking and then the opportunity passes. I am so sorry that your friend doesn't give you an opportunity to share your news. That must be very frustrating.
Curry for dinner sounds very warming.
I didn't have a profile picture yet as I am quite new here but as I decided to play Eeyore I thought that was perfect so I went and found some clipart. It's not a normal gloomy Eeyore but a cute smiling one as you and our band of letter writers makes me very happy.
I am not sure but I thought I saw @Shaz51 playing with Christopher Robin the other day. Maybe she will write us a letter?
All my love,
Eeyore

Oh thank you @Oaktree (alias Eeyore) for explaining the situation.
All makes perfect sense now.
Has only taken us half a dozen letters laugh.
Still we will receive more letters more often if we keep this up.
As you are new, I am so pleased that you found us. You have welcomed us and we in turn have welcomed you.
I am loving it.
I love spontaneity, bringing the child in me to the fore and writing letters. Usually I am renowned for my essays.
As you can tell from my icon, I am a mixture.
I will check the post tomorrow just in case
You might like to invite @Shaz51 by writing her a letter. We do need a Christopher Robin.

Dear Friend,
How wonderful to see you here. Looking forward very much to your addition to our little letter writing band. I too am enjoying allowing my inner child out to play.
All my love,

OOh wonderful I did spot you not behind the trees where Emelia is, behind a large sculpture.
@Anastasia I will let you decide what the sculpture is.
Would you like to choose your character now as our merry band of friends is growing.
I am going to try my non techno whizz skills at posting an image of Tigger.

I am sorry that you lost your pets. I don't have pets because I am too sick to do so. However, my garden has more grass than any garden in the surrounding area. All of the area's kangaroos will have chilled out in my garden at some stage. Some have even tried opening my back door to invite themselves in! They are a total pain but when one baby roo died on my front lawn I did feel sad. Since I have no choice but to live with the wildlife, I almost think of them as part of the family.
