I was around 15 when I learnt to ring bells. I am short so I had to stand on a specially constructed wooden box.

@Adge Have a little sing in shower in the lead up to concert. Am sure the cobwebs will go. We dont expect Pavarotti ... for the first concert anyway!
and with @HenryX we have a men's section. Nothing to be sneezed at!
Hoorah
@Oaktree Bells before after and/or during???
Along with Roman Villa is there any theme ... so I can work out what to play ...??

Thank you @HenryX for your kind understanding. 😊💖
Piglet is getting excited about the upcoming concert. Love the sound of bells @Oaktree .. clever you. Cant wait to hear @Adge @Appleblossom recitals. And it sounds as though the choir is building to a formidable force.
I am not at all talented when it comes to music .. tone deaf. I learned the piano for a while from a neighbour when I was about 10 years old. Learned how to play "Mary had a little lamb" and that was about the best I could do. I liked to play the triangle or the tamborine at school though ... any chance I could do similar for the big concert?
I miss my good friend @Lilaca (Pooh Bear) ... oh dear, oh dear, oh deary me ... are you okay Pooh?
Hiya @Sophia1 ... please never feel you are intruding by tagging Piglet on your posts. Piglet subscribes to the Letter Writing thread anyway, so as not to miss anything. This place does not feel quite as threatening as it did, and is wanting to come out of hiding.
When will our concert be @Sophia1 ?

Dear Friends,
I have a recipe for something called Best Ever Chocolate Cake. It's a double tier'd chocolate cake with mocha icing. It is seriously so moist! Maybe this would be acceptable for the concert feast??? I can also make a mean pavlova with cream strawberries and passionfruit on top. I also have a really great family recipe for shortbread.
I hope that these sweet treats will be acceptable for our feast!
All my love,
Eeyore

Love the picture of the bells @Appleblossom and would be very happy to try out your triangle from atop your bookshelf. Piglet has always wished they could play a musical instrument. Something along the classical side would be lovely, perhaps a violin. But maybe you should just let me loose on the drums, as per the picture below? What do you reckon @Sophia1 . Hi there @Shaz51 (our dear Christopher Robin).
Oh yes please @Oaktree ... Piglet could make a bit of a hog of themself with all those yummy sweet treats.
