Mr D & I did a tour of the Queen Victoria Markets, they offered samples of crocodile meat. I was not game to try it but Mr Darcy did.

when I travelled NT I had crocodile and Kangaroo for dinners @Former-Member

and when I went to NZ I had a smoked eel @Faith-and-Hope

Not a big fan of unusual meat, would go vegetarian if I ever make it to SE Asia @soul might concur -never know what species you could be served.

@MDT movies are a good choice for a date if you don't want to have to talk too much

Crocodile meat can be really good if it's cooked to be tender.  And roo can be delicious too.

At Mindil Beach markets in Darwin there's a food truck called the 'Road K**l Cafe' -  they have roo, croc, buffalo, magpie goose and many other types of meat if you're into that sort of thing.  Oops that middle word is prohibited apparently.
