I've had some difficult days, but they've turned out really really good.

I said to someone that I lowered my expectations, so that when something didn't meet my expectation, then that was okay. And if something did exceed my expectations, then i'd get a 'surprise' lol - such mind games, but it works for me.

They couldn't understand me at first, but then they realised.

It was really good.

Pork belly but it’s more like a Chinese glaze with spring onion and chilli, fried shallots @tyme sesame seeds would be good on top too but we have a sesame allergy in the family, but I’m looking forward to eating them a little different to what I normally have, I was also thinking of adding like a maple glaze to the pork belly (it’s in the oven) so might still add it on

yes I had to learn this with my husband daily and then I am surprised by the end of the day xoxo

ohh yes 7 days ago My mum decided to refuse her medication , she is allowed to refuse anything in hospital and they rang me daily to let me know that she was not taking medication , I tried talking to mum but nothing 

until monday night when she had terrible pains and a terrible night 

yesterday and today she took her medication , so fingers crossed that she keeps taking them , the nurses are trying different ways to give them to her xxx
